How to Party WITH Art Amore
Birthday Fun & Everything We Think You Should Know!
THE WHY: We believe art parties are a time to have hands-on play, learn something new and enjoy a relaxing evening with friends and family. Our goal is for our artists/guests to have an incredibly unique, exciting experience while their parents have a stress free and relaxing time.
THE WHEN: Each party or special event at Art Amore runs 2 hours- 90 minutes for activities and the last 30 minutes for cake/singing etc (though activities often run over and may cut into the cake time up to 10 minutes). Parties are normally booked on the weekend (rare weekdays are available) and the studio will only book one event per weekend so that family has all of our focus and energy.
THE HOW: You and your child will choose a general category or theme and pick 2 to 3 main art activities in that category to create a special art party experience. Depending on the age or activities we may sprinkle in some transition activities as needed. These may include stories, games, bubble or short instructional/entertainment videos (3-5 minutes). All art/project supplies are included in the cost of the party.
THE WHO: Parties are for ages 5 and up. While the majority of parties are for young artists, we also have adult parties.
THE COST: The base cost of a party is $350 which covers up to 8 artists. Each additional artist is an additional $40 per artist. The maximum number of party artists is 18. To officially lock in your party day/time we require a $50 deposit, which goes towards your final amount. The final total is calculated by the number of guests who attend.
