Ms. Kathy

Picture
A certified teacher in Texas and California, Kathy has worked with students from pre-school through high school. During her years of teaching, she has helped her students tap into developing their creative thought process.  Not only does this improve a student's art, but it also flows into developing innovative problem solution in all aspects of their lives.

Having raised children of her own and working with kids for over 30 years, she has a unique and rounded understanding of how to engage and inspire kids and teens. A self-taught artist since she was 16, she has explored a large variety of mediums including acrylic, oil, charcoal, clay, pastel and much more. Kathy has the unique rounded experience to take her passion and break it down to educate others on how to learn and grow their own talent.

Y'all meet our boss, Beau.

He's been an art studio dog since he was 8 weeks old and takes his job of studio greeter and comfort dog incredibly seriously. But he's also a ridiculous goof ball.
Beau is a huge, fluffy, sweet friend to all of our artists and students and after he enthusiastically greets you at the door he can often be found under the table keeping company at your feet.

And yes, as the name suggests he is also a huge Austin FC fan.
